OUR VITAMIN C & BIOFLAVONOIDS SUPPLEMENT

We use a blend of pure vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid) combined with citrus bioflavonoids in a vegetable cellulose capsule to form our vitamin C supplement. We've added bioflavonoids to this supplement because they occur in nature with vitamin C, working synergistically.

WHAT IS VITAMIN C

Vitamin C is water-soluble which means the body cannot store it unlike some other nutrients. Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant and contributes to the normal function of a number of actions that the body undertakes. 

WHAT DOES VITAMIN C DO?

Vitamin C contributes towards a health diet in many ways. This includes the normal function of the immune system during and after exercise, and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C also contributes to collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, cartilage, bones, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C can also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Our supplements come with sustainability in mind. Our tubs and labels are made from natural plant materials which makes them 100% biodegradable. That means our tubs will feel right at home in a composting bin. Our lids are not yet compostable, but are recyclable, please check with your local recycling authority. Our supplements are also made with 100% renewable energy.
