Our Calcium citrate supplement provides 200mg of elemental calcium citrate within two vegan capsules. Calcium citrate is a highly absorbable form of calcium. It is a calcium salt that may be used to replenish calcium, that is why we only use pure calcium citrate in our calcium supplement.
