Lamberts® Cod Liver Oil 1000mg is a one-a-day formula that provides 280mg of omega 3 fatty acids per capsule (144mg of EPA and 107mg of DHA), alongside vitamins A, D and E. Benefitting from a 5-stage purification process that ensures contaminant levels are well below the strict EU maximum limit, our cod liver oil capsules are taste-free and odour-controlled.

Clinical studies have shown that omegas 3s are used by the body in countless ways, including in the following;
