It can be used when the Vitamins in a supplement regime are being supplied separately or for a very high potency regime it can be taken along side Lamberts Multi Vitamin product Megavit®.
Mega Mineral Complex provides particularly good levels of calcium and magnesium as well as iron. This product is made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.
Caution:
This product contains Iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
Dosage:
1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
