Magnesium, taurine and B vitamins to support the nervous system during times of stress
Relax provides a specialist blend of nutrients to support healthy functioning of the nervous system, particularly during times of stress, and can help to relieve muscle cramping. The formula provides a synergistic combination of magnesium, the amino acid taurine, vitamin B6, folic acid and B12. Magnesium is a very important mineral, involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions in the body. It is known as 'nature's tranquiliser' as it has a calming effect on muscles and nerves. Taurine is a precursor to GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter, which produces a sense of calm, and also helps to retain magnesium within the body's cells for longer.
B vitamins contained within the formula are in their body-ready active forms, meaning they don't require conversion before they can be used. B vitamins are known to contribute to normal psychological health and function and may also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 is also known to enhance the action of magnesium.

Can tablet be split into a smaller size?
Yes. A pill cutter may be required.
