Plant sterols have been researched for their potential to support male health, as well as to balance inflammatory processes in the body. Studies also show that plant sterols may provide support and balance for an overactive immune system whilst supporting joint health and healthy cholesterol levels.

1 capsule daily on an empty stomach, 20 minutes to half an hour before a meal, or as directed. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.
