Provides good levels of zinc, as well as selenium, manganese and copper, which all contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Provides high potency, balanced B vitamins, with extra B12 and 400 μg folic acid. B vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin and B6 all contribute to energy-yielding metabolism, and vitamins such as folate and niacin support the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
