Lamberts original Multi-Max® provides excellent levels of the B Vitamins, making it ideally suited for periods of recovery, and for when ones Appetite is suppressed and Energy levels are low.
A significant proportion of the over 50s do not achieve the RDAs suggested for many nutrients, particularly Vitamin D and Minerals such as Zinc, Iron and Selenium.
Lamberts Multi-Max® is particularly suited for the over 50s because of the broad-spectrum of ingredients and the high level of Antioxidants needed for the protection against degenerative illness.
It also has high levels of the heart protecting nutrients -Vitamins B6, B12 plus Folic known to lower Homocysteine levels.
Vitamin D has been included since a decreased dietary intake along with lowered 'activation' (via sunlight on the skin) is known to be a problem in older individuals and is widely thought to a contributory factor for the decreased Calcium absorption that can occur.

Caution:
People on oral Anticoagulants should be monitored and their Anticoagulants dosage adjusted if necessary, as Vitamin E may potentiate the action of such drugs
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
This product contains Iron,which, if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.
Urine will appear darker when taking this supplement. This shows that the Vitamin B2 is being used correctly by the body.

Dosage:
1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
