As a result The Department of Health now recommend that the following groups should take a daily vitamin D supplement of 10µg (400µg)

The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Gluten, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk and milk products, Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish and Yeast.

1 tablet daily with a meal

25µg Vitamin D3 (1,000iu)
