The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA is known to support normal brain function and vision. Our sustainably sourced Eskimo®-3 mini-capsules are a convenient way to top up your omega-3 levels, purity tested and enriched with patented Pufanox® to ensure they stay fresher for longer.
3 capsules one to three times daily with meals, or as directed.
To be taken daily as part of your supplement regime, some people may prefer to take with a little food.
Children 4 to 12 years: 3 capsules one to two times daily
