UltraFlora® Everyday provides a daily dose of beneficial bacteria to help replenish and support a healthy gut microbiome. With 15 billion live bacteria from two of the most researched strains — L. acidophilus NCFM® and B. lactis Bi-07®—this formula is designed to support gut health and overall well-being. Can capsule be opened and sprinkled onto food?
Yes, onto food no hotter than room temperature.
Are there any side effects from taking probiotics?
You may experience a change in bowel function/habits for a few days which may present as a gurgling/wind/change in bowel frequency. This is perfectly natural with taking any probiotic and will generally settle down after a week or so. Reducing the dosage may help alleviate this.

Non-dairy and vegetarian, UltraFlora® Everyday is ideal for daily use for individuals wishing for extra support for gastrointestinal issues or immune support.
The vitamin D3 in this product is from lanolin – a vegetarian source of vitamin D3.
It may be particularly beneficial for post-antibiotic use.
It is suitable from 2 months by splitting the capsule - see dosages information for recommended dosages for children.
