Highly absorbable gum guggul with ashwagandha, selenium and zinc to help support healthy thyroid hormone conversion
A targeted combination formulated specifically to support a healthy balance of thyroid hormones by increasing conversion of T4 to T3. Many people with thyroid issues have difficulty making this conversion and so by providing this blend of cofactor nutrients and specific botanicals, levels of the active hormone, T3, can be optimised. Selenium, and zinc are important co-factor nutrients for this process, meaning they are required by the enzymes that make this conversion happen. Ashwagandha, a traditional ayurvedic herb, has been shown to support thyroid health.
Because levels of T3 are not routinely tested for, T-Convert may be particularly helpful for those who are resistant to other therapies, ie those whose laboratory markers TSH and T4 appear within normal range but who feel no improvement. Can be used in conjunction with thyroid hormone medication under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

- 150mg gum guggul (Commiphora mukul) per capsule to support the healthy conversion of T4 to active T3.
- 25mcg selenium per capsule, an essential component of the deiodinase enzymes that play a crucial role in thyroid hormone conversion.
- Zinc provides additional cofactor support.
- Minerals provided in their most well absorbed forms, as selenomethionine and zinc bisgycinate.
- Just two capsules daily.

T-Convert has had a reformulation. 150mg Ashwagandha root extract has been added. Ashwagandha has been shown in studies to support production of thyroid hormones. Gum guggul amount has changed to 150mg (previously 300mg). Selenium amount has changed to 25mcg (previously 75mcg). Magnesium and copper have been removed. Form of zinc has changed to bisglycinate (previously picolinate). Magnesium stearate removed and replaced with Stearic acid.

Not suitable for those with an overactive thyroid gland.
Suitable for those taking thyroid medication only if blood thyroid hormone levels are being regularly monitored by a health professional.
Not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. If taking any other kind of medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product.
May cause mild abdominal discomfort in sensitive individuals.
