Vitamin B6 is used for preventing and treating low levels of pyridoxine (pyridoxine deficiency) and the anaemia that may result.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

There are some reports of adverse but reversible reactions to large doses of vitamin B6 above 300 mg daily. The symptoms typically manifest in the peripheral nervous system but resolve when the vitamin B6 is stopped.
