Suggested use:
Dilute prior to ingestion.
½ teaspoon (2.5ml) diluted in 225mls (8 fl.oz) of your favourite beverage, two or three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Refrigerate after opening.

66.5mg Magnesium (as Magnesium Chloride)
