How much is postage & Packaging?

Orders under £40 – £4.49 Postage & Packaging

Orders over £40 – Free

International Orders – £18 Postage & Packaging Set Fee.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to despatch orders within 1 – 3 working days, once the order has been despatched you should receive it within 2 -3 working days.

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail.

UK orders are sent Tracked 48.

International orders are sent tracked.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return the product(s) for a refund?

Yes, products can be returned for a refund. We do not cover the cost of the return. Please make sure to use a tracked service when returning the product(s)

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product(s) if you wish to return them. The product(s) must be unopened and in a resalable condition.

Once we have received the product(s) we then aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt.
