The product has been registered under the Government's Traditional Herbal Registration scheme administered by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. The packaging, providing full consumer information, displays the THR trademark (owned by the MHRA) to demonstrate to the public the product has been assessed for quality and safety.

Periagna is the first UK produced Vitex Agnus-Castus medicine to gain registration, which was granted in February 2011. It guarantees that the contents of each capsule are exactly as stated on the packaging, and that the product is safe when taken at the prescribed dose

Dosage
Adults: For the temporary relief of Symptoms associated with Pre-Menstrual Syndrome
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day, morning and night, swallowed with water
Maximum daily dose 2 capsules

Each Hard Capsule contains:
400mg Agnus Castus fruit (Vitex agnus castus L)
Capsule Shell: Hypromellose
