MetaDigest® Repair is a targeted gut health formula designed to support the regeneration and integrity of the gut lining. L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and a key nutrient for the fast-dividing cells of the intestinal wall. The powder format allows for easy mixing in water and is well suited to those who prefer to avoid capsules. Mix 1 scoop with water daily, or as directed.
1/2 scoop is recommended for children from the ages of 8 -12 years old.
When should I take MetaDigest® Repair?
MetaDigest® Repair is best taken half an hour before a meal or else with a small carbohydrate and fat based snack. This is to avoid competition with protein for absorption.
