A heart-friendly blend of essential B vitamins, zinc and TMG (trimethylglycine) to help maintain normal homocysteine levels within the body. Homocysteine can damage the cardiovascular system and brain unless it’s converted to a non-harmful substance called methionine. This methylation process requires vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid, and the amino acid TMG is key.
