EFA-Sirt Supreme®-BC supplies a unique and highly concentrated essential fatty acid blend, providing an extremely effective relative combination of EPA, DHA and GLA (from black currant seed oil), with all-natural mixed tocopherols, specially formulated to be high in gamma (γ)-tocopherol.

EFA-Sirt Supreme®-BC provides a ratio of just over 4:1 of omega-3 fatty acids to omega-6 fatty acids. This has been found to help reduce inflammation, and its consequences such as blood pressure, more effectively than with omega-3 alone.
There are sparingly few sources of high-quality omega-6 fatty acids in the modern diet. With the well-known presence of adulterated, oxidised and trans omega-6 fats in the diet, it becomes even more important ensure a quality source because the ‘bad’ omega-6 fats displace the ‘good’. GLA has been shown to have benefits specifically for hormonal health via the expression of prostaglandins (PGE1).
EFA-Sirt Supreme®-BC provides a robust dose of EPA & DHA when taken at 6 softgels per day. The dose can be reduced to reflect improvements and lesser need over time.
The vitamin E tocopherol dose provides more than just protection of oxidation of the fats, it supplies a meaningful dose for the body. The mixed natural tocopherols provides a rich source of gamma-tocopherol which has been shown to be the most important of the tocopherols.
Directions for use
Six (6) softgel capsules each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
