Selenium is an essential trace element possessing antioxidant properties, and is key to the product of glutathione peroxidases. Contributing to normal maintenance of hair and nails, as well as normal functioning of the immune system , thyroid function and protection of cells from oxidative stress. Consider whenever supplemental selenium is indicated.
Directions For Use
One (1) tablet each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
