DESCRIPTION
L-Arginine is an amino acid necessary for protein synthesis. It is found naturally in foods such as red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products.
L-Arginine may contribute to a healthy vascular system; it is a substrate for the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) enzyme. NOS in vascular endothelial cells converts L-Arginine to nitric oxide (NO), also known as endothelium-derived relaxation factor (EDRF), which causes vasodilation.
WHY SUPPLEMENT WITH L-ARGININE?
L-Arginine may contribute to improved coronary endothelial function, dementia, erectile dysfunction (ED), infertility, male infertility, and sexual dysfunction due to its conversion to nitric oxide (NO) in the body, which may result in vasodilation and increased blood flow.
One (1) capsule three (3) times each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
