GTA Forte II is a source of thyroxine free thyroid, containing 20mg of porcine glandular per capsule along with Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Rubidium. Superoxide Dismutase and Catalase are also included to provide antioxidant enzymes.
In addition to iodine, selenium and zinc play an important role in normal thyroid function. Copper is another important mineral for optimal thyroid health. Iodine inclusion into thyroid tissue is a copper dependent integration. Additionally, copper is vital to normal thyroid peroxidase function.
SOD and Catalase are from vegetable cultures which are specially grown, biologically active, containing phytochemically bound trace elements, methyl compounds and naturally associated phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve associate enzyme factors.
One (1) capsule one (1) to three (3) times each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Caution: Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
