Shipping and Handling

Here at Vitality Vitamins shipping is free on orders over £40.00 within the UK.  For orders under £40.00, shipping is just £3.95.     Depending on weight and value we use Royal Mail's Parcelpost or Special Delivery and Couriers.

Outside the UK we use an appropriate Royal Mail Service such as Standard Airmail or International Signed-for or Couriers, that will require a signature on delivery and will be charged at the published rate for the service used.

Delivery Schedule

You will normally receive your UK order within 1-5 business days. European orders are generally delivered within 3-7 working days. International Orders usually take longer especially if they need Customs clearance.  **Please note that delivery times are longer at the moment due to the Covid Pandemic and Brexit - UK orders can take up to 2 weeks, European orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered**

The UK's exit from the EU
Now that the UK has left the EU, we do not charge UK VAT on deliveries being made outside of the UK. It should be noted, though, that due to current agreements that are in place, customers outside of the UK may be liable for import duties, taxes or other charges before they can take delivery of their order.

These charges (if applicable) may vary from country to country and with the value of the goods being shipped. All such charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the goods.

Loss or Damage

You must inform us if goods are lost or damaged in transit immediately so that we can correct any problem. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.

Proof of Delivery

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind, please return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, not including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of receipt of goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should ensure that you have paid for adequate compensation. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or described wrongly.   Any goods returned should be sealed and in a saleable condition.   We reserve the right to impose a re-stocking charge of 10%.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
